Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by 3sixty Studio, an aesthetics and wellness centre (referred to as “3sixty Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using 3sixty Studio’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services Location

3sixty Studio is located at Ground Floor, Flat No. G/B, 8 Elliot Road, beside Loreto Day School, Taltala, Kolkata 700016.

Clients must visit the specified location for availing services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with 3sixty Studio’s management.

Booking and Appointments

• Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance for all services.
• Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through 3sixty Studio’s official website.
• Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at 3sixty Studio’s discretion.

Payments

• Payment for services rendered by 3sixty Studio is due at the time of service.
• 3sixty Studio does not currently offer online payment options on its website. Clients are required to settle payments in person at the time of their appointment.
• 3sixty Studio accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment.
• Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. However, clients will be informed of any price changes before services are rendered.
• Any additional charges incurred during the service will be communicated to the client and must be paid at the time of service completion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid services.
• 3sixty Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the client’s schedule.

Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards 3sixty Studio’s staff and other clients.
• Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services.
• Clients must disclose any relevant medical information or conditions that may affect their suitability for certain services or treatments.

Liability

• 3sixty Studio shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by clients during or as a result of services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their medical history, allergies, and any other relevant details that may affect the provision of services.
• 3sixty Studio shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto 3sixty Studio’s premises by clients.

Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and service descriptions, displayed on 3sixty Studio’s website or promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 3sixty Studio.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of 3sixty Studio’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

Governing Law

3sixty Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Clients are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Continued use of 3sixty Studio’s services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
